Crown (1/3 Hexagon) Paper Pieces
Crowns are a third of a hexagon. Crowns are measured along the longest edge. Three 2" Crowns go together to make a 2" hexagon.
The shapes in the first picture are 3" Crowns and are found in the Diamond Mine quilt, and the remaining pictures have 2" Crowns.
They are a versatile shape that play well with Kites, 6-Point Diamonds, and Hexagons. They're often a feature in the Rose Star block, and border a hexagon of the same side length, making them the perfect scrap quilt alternative to the ordinary hexagon.
All our paper pieces are laser cut for accuracy from high-quality 100% post-consumer, recycled paper, and packaged in recycled and recyclable packaging. The quantities in each packet are determined by the most efficient way to cut a large sheet of paper. All shapes are cut in our workshop in Castlemaine, Australia.
You will receive the number of paper pieces listed in the options. Listing is for paper pieces only.
